This will involve a closure of the eastbound carriageway between Glen Roundabout and Gibshill Road as well as a lane closure on Glen Roundabout and on the westbound carriageway between Glen Roundabout and Gibshill Road.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Eastbound A8 traffic will be diverted via Gibshill Road, Lansbury Street, Mitchell Street, Farquhar Road, Birkmyre Avenue, Lilybank Road, Glen Avenue, Balfour Street and Brown Street to return to the A8 at Glen Roundabout.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There will also be a lane closure on the eastbound A8 between Scott Way and Glen Roundabout between <strong>6am <\/strong>and <strong>8pm <\/strong>on <strong>Wednesday 9<sup>th<\/sup> July <\/strong>and <strong>Thursday 10<sup>th<\/sup> July<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Traffic management will be removed by <strong>6am <\/strong>on<strong> Monday 14<sup>th<\/sup> July<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Phase 2: <\/strong>This phase of work will involve the structural reconstruction of the A8 westbound carriageway in Greenock between Cartsdyke Roundabout and Cartsburn Roundabout between <strong>Friday 11<sup>th<\/sup> July <\/strong>and <strong>Friday 18<sup>th<\/sup> July. <\/strong>During this time, there will also be lane closures on Cartsdyke Roundabout, Cartsburn Roundabout, East Hamilton Street and on the westbound carriageway between Cartsburn and Cartsdyke Roundabout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Westbound A8 traffic will be diverted via Ratho Street, Belville Street, Ingleston Street, Baker Street, Drumfrochar Road, Cornhaddock Street, Dunlop Street then taking the third exit at the roundabout onto the A78 and following to the A8 Bullring Roundabout.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There will also be a lane closure between Cartsdyke Roundabout and Cartsburn Roundabout between <strong>6am <\/strong>and <strong>8pm <\/strong>from <strong>Saturday 12<sup>th<\/sup> July <\/strong>until <strong>Monday 14<sup>th<\/sup> July<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Traffic management will be removed by<strong> 6am <\/strong>on <strong>Saturday 19<sup>th<\/sup> July<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Phase 3:<\/strong> This phase of work will involve the structural reconstruction of the A8 westbound carriageway in Greenock between Cartsburn Roundabout and the fire station from <strong>Wednesday 16<sup>th<\/sup> July <\/strong>until <strong>Saturday 19<sup>th<\/sup> July. <\/strong>During this time, there will also be a lane closure on Cartsburn Street and no access between the A8 and East Stewart Street, and lane closures on the eastbound carriageway between Dellingburn Street and Cartsburn Roundabout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Traffic will be directed to follow the <strong>above <\/strong>diversion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There will also be a lane closure between East Stewart Street and the traffic lights prior to the Fire Station between <strong>6am <\/strong>and <strong>8pm <\/strong>on <strong>Thursday 17<sup>th<\/sup> July.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Traffic management will be removed by <strong>6am <\/strong>on <strong>Sunday 20<sup>th<\/sup> July<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Access for emergency service vehicles will be maintained throughout these works. Please note, all schemes are weather dependent and may be cancelled or rescheduled if weather conditions are not favourable<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
